The Lounge Rooms
The Movie Room
Whether it is movies or sports this space is perfect for both viewing and conversation. Like all of the Manor spaces, the movie room is designed to let people feel at home. This spot in the Manor is one of the most relaxing spaces you will ever smoke in.
The Rabbit Room
As one of the first rooms that greet you as you enter the Manor, the Rabbit Room is the perfect place to connect with others and have a great conversation. The room is named for the room in the Bird & Baby pub where the famous group the Inklings met. This group which included C.S. Lewis and J.R.R. Tolkien, would meet smoke cigars and pipes and share ideas that changed the world. We believe this room can do the same, even if there are also a few bad dad jokes thrown in.
The Clapham Room
This room which is located adjacent to the Rabbit Room, is also a great conversation room. Also like the room next to it, it is named for a famous group that gathered to talk and smoke and change the world. The Clapham Sect which was led by the Great William Wilberforce, worked together to successfully abolish the European slave trade, abolish slavery in the British Empire, introduce the first child labor laws, get rid of execution for minor crimes, and much more. We honor their great work born of their faith with this room.
The Pledge Lounge
The roots of the Perez-Carrillo family are in Cuba, where Ernesto Sr. was born in 1904. He began learning about tobacco and cigars early in his childhood from his father who rolled and sold penny cigars in the streets of Havana. After working as a tobacco buyer for many years, Ernesto Sr. launched the family cigar dynasty in 1948 when he purchased El Credito, a small cigar factory in Havana. The Perez-Carrillo family became well-respected in Cuba, and Ernesto Sr. was elected to the Senate in 1954 and 1958.
The front porch at the manor is a great throw back to a simpler time. A favorite spot of many of our members and regulars, at least in warmer weather, the porch is often referred to as the seventh lounge. It is also with in line of site of a great brewery, a premium coffee shop, and a soft-serve ice cream place. So whatever you are craving to pair with your cigar we have you covered.
Our expansive back patio is a great larger outdoor space to hangout. With seating and a built in fire pit, it makes for great evenings around the fire. The back is also equipped with a grill and the rear patio path leads right to some great public parking located conveniently behind the Mason Grill.
